After World War Three, the Earth has become a wasteland. Dark forces have invaded the Caribbean islands and enslaved thousands. Jed Saxon and Richard Goldman launch a covert assault into the heart of a well-armed faction of racist troops. These two former Special Operations soldiers must fight against the armies of the Neo-Fascists, who've captured an enigmatic girl nicknamed "Toots." Their fight brings them to a final showdown aboard the yacht Tottoro, where they face the might of a powerful enemy.
