After World War Three, new powers rise to dominate Earth. Civil war, slavery, and feudal warlords cover the world in a growing darkness. Jed Saxon, the last survivor of a U.S. Special Forces team, finds himself alone on the edge of a nuclear landscape. Fleeing to the Caribbean, Jed finds hope and purpose with the mysterious girl nicknamed "Toots". When she is captured by powerful forces of the Neo-Nazis, he must wage war again in the hopes of rescuing her. Accompanied by another soldier, Richard Goldman, Jed launches a one-sided, desperate assault against the might of the Fascists.
