This CD soundtrack features the music of Ethan Lipton & his Orchestra, playing a brand of Alternative Americana that's been likened to the music of Randy Newman, Leon Redbone, and Tom Waits. He delivers songs steeped in mixed-message sincerity and soul. Ethan's music is accompanied by the piano music of Christopher Ferreira, which is at times reflective, at times melancholy. His lyrical melodies combine with a minimalist refinement that feels both nostalgic for the past and unique to the present. He has composed original music for a wide range of projects.
