A guide to support professionals who are working with families and parents. It provides fundamental building blocks of quality to support families, especially the most vulnerable families, to receive a good quality learning experience at each family learning and parenting skills session, irrespective of the location or practitioner group.

"Quality Matters: Think Family" is aimed at a number of audiences: for tutors and facilitators to consider their practice; for managers, co-ordinators and those responsible for quality to review their organisation's performance; and for any practitioner working in a learning environment across agency boundaries.
