Heterogeneous wireless networking, also called fourth-generation (4G) wireless, is the new frontier of wireless communications technology. This book addresses numerous topics pertaining to the theory and application of this new frontier.

This book intends to provide a unified view on the state-of-the-art of protocols and architectures for heterogeneous wireless networking.
