Twenty three lesbians and gay men from all over Scotland tell their lifestories, casting light not only on their own individual experiences but also on the wider communities to which they belong. Their stories of growing up, of coming out, of daring to love and of surviving the opposition to their way of life are both revealing and inspiring. This is the second edition of an earlier collection from 1993 and contains eleven new lifestories.
