The Story of Maryland's Entry in the 1997-1998 Whitbread Round the World Race

A history of the racing yacht "Chessie Racing", the first ever entry from the Chesapeake Bay in the famous Whitbread Round the World Race. There are chapters on the race, boat construction, crew selection, and the Living Classrooms Foundation Whitbread Education Project.
