An English presenter welcomes the listener, explains how to use the cassettes, announces each unit and introduces the native speakers. They then take over and present the dialogues, articles and other comprehension passages, which relate to specific units in the book (also available). Questions and exercises feature immediately afterwards with a short time allowed for the listener to respond. Those who would like to practice their spoken and written French can purchase the audio pack, which includes the cassettes with the "Business French" text. In addition, lecturers who wish to recommend the text to their students should find that the cassettes are useful for group use (sample cassette available).
