1999 IEEE International Symposium on Circuits and Systems (Iscas '99)

These proceedings cover such topics as VLSI, analogue and digital circuits, analogue and digital signal processing, image and video processing, multimedia, and communications systems. There are also sessions on emerging circuits and systems topics.

ISCAS'99 marks the last conference of the millennium and the fifth anniversary of the IEEE Circuits and Systems Society. This symposium includes regular sessions on the topics listed; special sessions on emerging circuits and systems topics; plenary sessions on selected advanced aspects of the theory, design, and applications of circuits and systems; and short courses by experts in specific state-of-the-art subject areas.
