The aim of this conference was to provide a forum for the presentation of electrical and computer engineering research and development. Topics covered in these proceedings include: communications in wireless systems; computer networks and communications; and computers and digital hardware.

The 1999 IEEE Canadian Conference on Electrical and Computer Engineering provides a forum for the presentation of electrical and computer engineering research and development from Canada and around the world and for the fostering of interaction between industrial and university researchers.
